In-Person & Virtual Naturopathic Care in Vancouver, BC
You know your everyday. You notice when it changes.
Maybe your periods feel different. Your focus is harder to find. You’re getting through the day, but it takes more out of you than it used to.
That’s a useful place to start.
We’ll talk through your symptoms, your history and what life looks like right now. From there, we can decide what deserves a closer look, what testing may help and where to begin.
YOUR HEALTH DOESN’T FIT NEATLY INTO BOXES.
Hormones can affect mood.
Heavy periods can affect iron.
Sleep can affect focus and energy.
Stress can show up in your digestion and skin.
Sometimes symptoms overlap.
Sometimes similar symptoms have completely different explanations.
What brings you here?
Crafted with CareDon’t see your concern listed? That doesn’t mean we can’t work together.
Health doesn’t always fit perfectly into categories, and neither do the reasons people come to see me.
Tell me what’s been going on, and we can decide together whether I’m the right person to help.
Hi, I’m Dr. Chloe.
I like good questions, useful data and making complicated things easier to understand.
As a naturopathic doctor, I bring curiosity to the details and care to the conversation. I want to understand what you’re experiencing, explain my thinking and help you make informed choices.
But understanding what’s going on is only part of the conversation.
The part that matters in everyday life?
Deciding what to do next.
A plan with room for being human.
You may be used to being the capable one - the person who gets things done, thinks ahead and keeps everyone else in mind.
Your care can make room for you, too.
We’ll consider your priorities, capacity and preferences as we choose where to begin. There’s room to ask questions, tell me what feels manageable and adjust as we learn.
I believe healthcare can make room for both naturopathic and conventional approaches. My role is to help you understand your options and build a plan that makes sense for
your health,
your preferences, and
your actual life.
Ways we can work together
-
We start with a conversation about your symptoms, health history, daily routines and what you want help with. I may recommend a physical exam or testing to clarify what’s going on.
Your plan may include nutrition, lifestyle changes, supplements, botanical medicine or prescription medications when appropriate. We’ll discuss the reasoning behind each recommendation and use follow-ups to review progress and adjust the plan.
-
IV therapy delivers fluids and selected nutrients through a vein, while intramuscular—or IM—injections deliver a smaller amount of a substance, such as vitamin B12, into a muscle.
Before recommending either, I review your health history, medications, goals and any relevant bloodwork. We’ll discuss the purpose of treatment, expected benefits, risks and alternatives so you can make an informed choice about whether to proceed.
-
Acupuncture involves placing fine needles at selected points on the body. Cupping uses cups to create suction on the skin and can leave temporary marks. Acupuncture may be helpful for certain pain conditions; evidence for cupping is more limited.
We’ll discuss your concerns, explain what treatment involves and decide whether either approach fits your care. The session is adapted to your comfort, with room to ask questions along the way.
-
An iron infusion may be considered for someone with confirmed iron deficiency when oral iron isn’t tolerated, hasn’t worked adequately or another clinical reason makes IV treatment appropriate. Suitability depends on your assessment and the iron product being used.
We begin with a screening appointment to review your bloodwork, symptoms, medical history and previous treatment. If an infusion is appropriate, we’ll discuss the dose, risks, monitoring and follow-up, while also considering what may be contributing to your low iron.
-
Cosmetic neuromodulators, such as Botox®, Nuceiva®, and Dysport®, temporarily reduce activity in selected muscles to soften certain expression lines.
My approach starts with your goals, facial anatomy and natural movement. We’ll review your health history, previous treatments and preferences, then discuss suitable options, expected results, risks and aftercare. You’ll have space to ask questions and decide what feels right for you before moving forward.
-
Functional testing like genetic analysis involves reviewing selected variations in your DNA alongside your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and relevant lab results.
I help you understand the findings, the strength of the evidence behind them and whether they offer useful information for your care.
Other tests we can consider, if relevant and appropriate for you & your goals, are food sensitivity tests, hormone testing, and GI microbial assays.
We’ll make room to discuss both the interesting details and their limitations.
